Ultra Low Liquor Ratio
With ultra-low liquor ratio of 1:3.5, water, steam, chemical and electricity consumption is minimized. This reduces costs and increases environmental sustainability.
High Performance Pump System
Specially designed high-efficiency main circulation pump enables faster fabric movement in the vessel and optimizes contact time between fabric and dye for perfect uniform dyeing results.
Next Generation Nozzle Technology
Patented Dual Axis Nozzle System controls fabric movement inside the nozzle with 100% guarantee, preventing fabric jamming, stretching and surface damage.
Optimized Dyeing Chamber
The inner surface of the chamber is designed smooth and seam-free. This design allows fabric to move easily and eliminates pilling and wear risks caused by friction.
High Speed Fabric Transport System
The machine can transport fabric at speeds up to 400 meters/minute. High transport speed increases production efficiency by shortening dyeing time.
Dosing and Preparation Tanks
Two functional side tanks on the machine ensure precise preparation and dosing of all chemicals and dyes to the main vessel, guaranteeing flawless application of the dyeing recipe.
